1. Cancellation by Passenger
Standard Cancellation: You can cancel your ticket up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure time for a partial refund. The refund amount will depend on the cancellation fee, which may vary depending on the bus operator.
Cancellation Fees: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the ticket price may be deducted, depending on the bus operator’s specific terms and conditions.
No-Show Cancellation: If you do not board the bus or cancel your ticket after the departure time, no refund will be provided.
2. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the booking.
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
No refunds will be issued for partially used tickets (e.g., if you have traveled a part of the journey).
3. Cancellation by Operator
If the bus operator cancels the service due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., weather conditions, technical issues), passengers will be eligible for a full refund.
You will be notified about the cancellation via email or SMS, and the refund will be processed automatically.
4. Changes to Ticket Details
You can request changes to your ticket (e.g., passenger name, travel date, or time) based on availability, and changes may incur a fee.

5. Exceptions
